Energy + Action = Change
Schools Global Footprint

Aims

  1. To introduce the Energy + Action = Change project  to primary and secondary schools involved
  2. To understand what One Planet Living is, why it is so important and ways to move towards it
  3. To find out how the One Planet Living theme can be integrated  into the curriculum across a range of curriculum and subject areas as part of the Curriculum for Excellence
  1. To introduce the Schools Global Footprint calculator and participative teaching resources (www.LTScotland.org.uk/schoolsglobalfootprint), helping to move beyond measurement to taking action to reduce the school’s impact on the environment.
  1. To encourage close working between  P7  and S1/S2 staff in the Millburn Academy ASG
