to support whole school approaches to
Scotland’s place in the wider world

  • Susan Belford QIO – the new document from LTS ‘Developing Global Citizens within Curriculum for Excellence’
  • Muriel Murray, Lochardil  ..  using the new resource ‘A’Adam’s Bairns?’ to look at issues of identity, belonging, diversity, equality and prejudice in Scotland past and present
  • Fiona McAllister, Lossiemouth High .....  ‘A’Adam’s Bairns?’ in the secondary school – plans for interdisciplinary learning on various themes.
  • Failte Malawi – a preview of the new resource which focuses on rights, homes, toys, food and farming, and water.  There are many images of Malawi and suggestions for assessment and enterprise activity.
